MPC Games High Score Tables

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• By using MPC Games High Score Tables, members agree to be bound by the following conditions:
• Midland PC Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. It is the responsibility of the member to keep current with changes in the Terms and Conditions. Changes to the Terms and Conditions apply to ALL registered members
• Currently, we only offer Free High Score Tables, supported by Advertising.  We retain control over all Advertising contained on your High Score Table.
• All registrations are subject to approval.  All applicants must register via the registration form on the site - all fields must be filled in completely in order for your application to be processed - a confirmation email containing your DevID, Password, an overview of your registered details and a ZIP file (approx. 80KB in size) containing example code for implementing the High Score Tables on your web site. The example code is geared primarily towards Java game developers, you do not have to use the code supplied, you may call up the High Score Table script directly from your game if you know how to - Shockwave and Flash developers will need to develop their own code to implement the High Score table.  We will occasionally send emails regarding any aspect of the High Score Table Service and other information regarding Midland PC Services to your registered email address.  No personal details are available via our web site, they are kept safe in an offline location.
• Once you have received your DevID and Password you will be able to log in at http://highscoretables.midlandpcservices.co.uk.  You will find a test High Score Table available immediately, with your provided domain name as the only valid referrer - this is for your own testing purposes.
• When you have published the game on the web and implemented the High Score Table, you will need to log in and complete the Change Request Form to submit your game for approval - we insist on approving all games for your own security.  Please allow up to 72 hours for the approval process to be completed - you will then receive a confirmation email, confirming your changes, please log in to ensure the correct Game Name and referrer have been added.  Your High Score table should now be fully functional.
• The Change Request form should be used for all updates to your account.  To add new games, simply enter the new Game Name and the address where it can be found.  To add referrers to existing games, enter the existing Game Name and the new address where it can be found.  To change any other details, such as the registered email address or password or remove referrers or games, please use the Notes field - please make your request clear for a speedy and satisfactory service as we will not be held liable for any mistakes made when updating your account info.
• Change requests will only be accepted via the online Change Request form and will on be actioned without further confirmation from you if you fill in the correct Registered Email Address.
• You can publish your game on more than one web site, but you must inform us via the Change Request form of the new referrer.
• We can edit or remove entries in your High Score Tables at your request - please use the Change Request form.
